Manual Inputs:

Bottles are Manually placed into the Bottle Vibrator.Bungs are Manually placed into the Bottle Vibrator.Caps are Manually placed into the Bottle Vibrator.Mono-Block Ink Filling, Bung & Capping Machine

Operation:

• This unit contains Indexing turret of 8 pockets. Each Indexing pocket having 2 bottle holders.
• This unit contain mechanical indexer.
• Bottles are entered into turret at 45 degree.
• Rotary electrical vibrator is provided which orients supply the Bottles to the Bottle Orientation unit through cap transfer track.
• Bottle Orientation unit is operates either mechanically or pneumatically or combination of both.
• Next Indexing Station Ink filling unit is operated completely by mechanical system.
• Sensor senses the Bottles and Filling starts automatically.
• Diving nozzles enters inside and fill the Bottles.
• After filling i.e. when nozzle goes back to its home position only stopper release the Bottles.
• Volume of Ink filling can be set as per user requirement by adjusting the action of piston.
• At predetermined station Bung will be placed over containers.
• Rotary electrical vibrator is provided which orients supply the Bungs to the pick and place unit through cap transfer track.
• Pick and place unit is operates either mechanically or pneumatically or combination of both.
• Cans carry Bungs along with it while indexing.
• Bungs will be pressed onto the bottles by pneumatic cylinder after Bungs pick up.
• Next indexing station Cap will be placed over containers.
• Rotary electrical vibrator is provided which orients supply the caps to the pick and place unit through cap transfer track.
• At next station mechanical capping tool comes down, tool press and rotates the cap against the bottle.
• Capping will be done at pre-set torque, once required torque is achieved tool will slip with the help of mechanical clutch.
• While capping, bottle will be held rigidly with pneumatic gripper for anti-rotation.
• After capping tool goes back to the original position.
• Star wheels place the container to the output or Ejecting area.

Interlocks:

• When Input sensor sense the Bottles machine starts in auto mode.
• When Output sensor sense the cans machine stops in auto mode to avoid overload / jamming.
• No container, no filling.
• No Cap, Bung, Machine off.
• Clutch slips at overload/jamming in machine.
