§ This machine consists 5meter of Conveyor with S.S 304 slat chain for product entry & exit. § The Containers will be manual/Automatically placing to input conveyor of the Sleeve Applicator Machine. § Length of film can be adjusted through HMI. § Sleeve will be placed over the Bottle while moving § A sensor is placed below sleeving unit for container sensing. § When input sensor sense rotary cutter operates through servo. § Cutter cut the film at present length. § Film roll is mounted on reel mounting assembly which supply film at regular intervals with the help of dancing rollers § Film is fed to the mandrel through number of rollers. § Mandrel is designed according to the shape of containers. § Pair of rollers is placed on mandrel at bottom which pull the sleeve while cutting and places over the Bottle. § After placing sleeve Bottle moves through the shrink tunnel § After finish containers will be ejected by manually
§ Shrink tunnel:- § This unit contains Heaters inside the tunnel which shrinks the sleeve. § Blowers are placed at the top of the tunnel to circulate the hot air around the sleeve. |
