Description and operations:
Cartons will be placed manually on the loading hopper.
Pick & Place unit picks the single carton open and place it inside pocket of main indexing Turret.
Next Indexing station Bottom side flaps will be folded by Pneumatic folding assembly.
Next Indexing station Bottom Tucking will be done by Pneumatic folding assembly

Description and operations |
· Cartooning need to be loaded onto the hopper on loading platform is provided to minimal the feeding frequency.
· Sachets need to be loaded onto the Stacker on loading provided to minimal the feeding frequency.
· Folded leaflet need to be loaded onto the Stacker on loading platform.
· Individual cartons will be pick place onto the pocket conveyor which is parallel to the pocket conveyor.
· Cartons will be pick and place through individual heads through suction cups with the help of vaccum.
· Picked cartons will be placed inside the each pockets of conveyor.
· This machine consist cam operated pocket conveyor system with sliding mechanism.
· Individual Leaflet picking and placing in pockets with product will be done automatically.
· Sachet counting and placing in pockets conveyor will done automatically.
· Product pusher mechanism is placed parallel to Product carrying conveyor which pushes the Product inside the individual cartons.
· After Product insertion each cartons passes through cartons flap tuckin mechanism which is placed parallel on both side of the conveyor.
· In tuckin mechanism first side flaps will gets folded through mechanical fingers.
· At next station bottom flaps will gets folded through mechanically Guides.
· After flap folding end product will be ejected to output conveyor.
Interlocks
· No Product/leaflet at input conveyor of pick and place unit machine, cartoning machine would halt and starts when product/leaflet is present in auto mode.
· No Product/Leaflet no carton.
· No carton no Product push(ejected in bin).
· Mechanical jam drives slip through mechanical clutch mechanism.
· No cartons at hopper machine stops.
· Low air pressure machine off.
· Emergency stop machine off.
