Powder Filling Machine

• Automatic Powder Filler  Function:
• Ø  Manually bottles are placed in the turn table provided.
• Ø  Bottles will pass through the conveyor and enter the Auger filler.
• Ø  This unit contains Indexing turret of 6/12 pockets.
• Ø  This unit contain mechanical indexer.
• Ø  Cans are entered into turret at 45 degree.
• Ø  Auger filler will dispense powder as soon as bottle is below the nozzle as per weight instructions set in HMI.
• Ø  Bottle will then enter capping machine conveyor.
